Stainless Steel

Stainless steel contains a mixture of many metal elements. Usually, it is composed of more than 10.5% chromium where it reacts with oxygen in the air or water to form a protective passive layer that creates the stainless characteristic. Nickel is added to the steel which improves corrosion resistance and formability. Stainless steel is heat resistant, oxidation resistant, and improves machinability.

Nickel alloy

Nickel alloy is an alloy composed mainly of nickel and can exhibit many qualities and properties like heat resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, and more. Some alloys have mixtures of elements especially chromium. Nickel alloys come in forms of sheets, round bars, plates, and more.

Cobalt alloy

Cobalt alloy is an alloy constituted mostly of cobalt with added components like aluminum, chromium, nickel, etc. Some resourceful characteristics are heat resistance and high strength, but is mostly used for its wear resistant qualities. This alloy is often utilized for gas turbine components. Cobalt alloys come in forms of weld wires and sheets.

Titanium alloy

Titanium alloys commonly comes in forms of round bars, weld wires, and more. The alloys can be applied to turbine blades, discs and rings, aircraft structural components, fasteners, and more.

Aluminum alloy

Aluminum alloy is an alloy composed mainly of aluminum metal along with other elements such as iron, silicon, copper, magnesium, manganese, and zinc in levels that subject to 15% by weight in the material. The combination of metals ensure strength but lightweight and corrosion resistance.
